We design projects across the country, are registered in 50 states, and speak regularly at national conferences. Currently, all of our work is handled in one central location, and each project is assigned a project manager who follows it from beginning to end. A principal looks at every drawing that goes out the door. That's personal accountability in a firm with world class knowledge and experience.

We have hands-on, tool belt wearing experience.

Many of our people, including several company principals, have spent time in the field as sheet metal workers, pipe fitters, HVAC technicians, or electricians. So when we design systems for a building, we know what they look and feel like. We know what works and what doesn't, and we know how to communicate with the contractors building the project.

We find new and more efficient ways to do things.

We encourage employees to explore new systems and technology for us and for our clients. The result could be a better way to manage projects, like our EnterpriseTrak project management system, or a prototype design for a quick build-out of multiple stores for our retail clients. Innovation isn't a buzzword for us; it is critical to our growth and success.

Our quality control system extends through the life of a project.

Quality control is integrated into the design process of every project. Reviews are performed at multiple steps by experienced, senior engineers; and cross-coordination reviews make certain that drawings from different disciplines work together.
