Joe is a vice president of Larson Binkley, Inc. and has the major responsibility for mechanical engineering and quality control for the firm. His extensive professional experience includes the design, coordination, and management of many types of projects, including nationwide roll-outs for major retailers, restaurants, educational facilities, telecommunications facilities, office buildings, historical building retrofits, and data centers. Before joining Larson Binkley in 1989, Joe was a project manager for a national mechanical design-build company. At that firm he was involved in bidding, design, equipment inventory, and staffing coordination on many large commercial and institutional design-build projects. Joe has a B.S. degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University and is registered in 16 states. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
