Bill is a vice president and principal-in-charge of mechanical engineering and quality control. He also supervises the design, project management, and construction administration of HVAC and refrigeration projects in the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. With over 30 years of mechanical engineering experience, Bill has designed projects ranging from high-rise office buildings with chilled water storage and smoke control systems to Class 100 clean rooms for pharmaceutical aseptic processing. Bill has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is a registered professional engineer.
